How does this service work?
1)If you are sending in a mobile phone for repair and it is in a working state, please back it up by connecting it to the relevant software supplied by the manufacturer ‚Äď _ie. back-up your iPhone using iTunes.¬†‚Ä®‚Ä®
2)Complete and submit the Mail-in Repair Form above.¬†
3)Package your device. Use your original packaging if you still have it or use bubble wrap for protection.¬†‚Ä®‚Ä®
4)Purchase 500g or 3kg Express or Registered satchel and Post from your local Australia Post office.¬†‚Ä®‚Ä®
5)Send your device¬†to:¬†‚Ä®Fixpress¬†‚Ä®-¬†G7 ,¬†160 St Georges Terrace¬†‚Ä®Perth 6000 WA¬†‚Ä®- Tel: 08 62617580¬†‚Ä®‚Ä®
6)Once your item has been received,¬†Fixpress¬†will diagnose the problem and endeavor to fix your device within 24 hours. In the rare case of parts not being in stock, a delay of up to 48 hours may occur. Any delays will be notified immediately.¬†‚Ä®‚Ä®
7)Once the repair is complete we will send you an invoice via email with instructions on how to pay via Internet Banking, Mastercard, Visa or PayPal.
8)Items are mailed back as soon as payment has been confirmed.
